I have known the Gradsquare mentors since two years. I have enrolled for the Classroom teaching program and later for PDP GDPI program.The classroom teaching is very informative and relatable. The support from the mentors  on a personal level is very high. The preparation materials, mock interviews really helped me to perform well in my interviews.Individual guidance and insights helped me to frame my answers according to my personality which enhanced my confidence levels before the interviews. After completing my interviews, I actually realised that the insights which the mentors have given are similar to the questions asked in my MBA entrance interviews.Their guidance helped me to crack some top B schools and after converting the calls, insights from Ajay sir gave a clear picture about the colleges and helped me to make a proper decision.
I really enjoyed the entire Classroom teaching and GDPI preparation processes at GradeSquare. Let me just start by saying that the mentors at GradSquare completely changed my perspective on the coaching centres in a good way. I could've never imagined being mentored by anyone better. Cracking the competitive exams requires efforts and dedication. But one thing that is truly underrated during this journey is the motivation and proper guidance by your mentors. I remember students bugging the mentors day and night during the preparation, and the mentors being there for us at each and every step. Then comes the stage when you get calls from the top B-Schools in India, and you realise that proper guidance is extremely important to survive and win the rat race. During my time, Ajay sir and Varun sir discussed about institutes and interviews based on the scores and profiles of the students, suggesting the best options to each individual. Even after converting some of the B-Schools, I faced a dilemma, and the insights of Ajay sir gave me a clear picture and helped me take a proper decision. The discussions I had with sir gave me a feeling that I can approach these mentors at any point of my career without any hesitation and they'll be there for me.
